Payment Options
For your convenience we accept the following payment methods; Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, eCheck, eTransfers, gift certificates, money orders, traveler’s, certified, personal, and business checks drawn on US Bank and in US Dollars ONLY.

Payment is due prior to shipment, unless credit terms have been established.

Personal and Business checks must clear prior to shipment (Please allow at least 5-7 business days for checks to clear prior to the shipment of any merchandise. A charge of $ 35.00 will be applied to checks returned for non-sufficient funds.

A credit card authorization form must be signed and returned via fax or e-mail. On international and out-of-state orders. After 30 days, of non-payment all abandoned orders will automatically be cancelled and the merchandise will remain property of E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC.

Domestic & International Duties/Taxes
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all taxes applicable to products ordered unless the customer provides a tax exemption certificate, excluding out-of-state orders and international orders being shipped to a freight forwarder. Any shipments leaving the country from E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC’s require a valid freight forwards cargo receipt to be provided by the customer or customers agent. Any duties and taxes on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and are to be paid directly by the customer. We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we or our suppliers have a physical location. If this issue should arise, E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC will inform you immediately. A 7.0% sales tax charge will be applicable to orders shipped within the state of Florida.

Domestic & International Shipments
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of order, payment processing, and order confirmation. (Excluding weekends, holidays and/or custom orders) However, select items may have longer lead times so it is best to contact our customer service department to obtain an accurate ship date.

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order processing. Shipping charges are determined by content, weight, and destination. On an average order, the shipping charge can range between 15-25%. Please note lift-gate, residential, heavy equipment or pallet size orders are subject to additional charges.

Therefore, to assure customer satisfaction it is best to contact our customer service department to obtain shipping quotes or general questions about our shipping policy.

Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges, unless the merchandise is part of our free freight program. Shipping charges average 15-25% on most orders if the amount is less or greater than calculated a customer service associate will contact you for additional processing. All shipments are door to door delivery ONLY. If you do not have a receiving dock, or forklift you must request the liftgate delivery service. This service is recommended for heavy equipment or pallet size orders and is available for an additional charge. All deliveries made to residential or limited access areas are subject to additional shipping charges. E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC will not assume responsibility for any differences in freight charges. For this reason, any requests for indoor, remote, re-route, uncrate or second floor delivery will be the Customers sole responsibility and to be paid directly by the Customer.

Occasionally, however due to manufacturers delays and circumstances beyond our control merchandise may be on back-order and may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. We shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from weather conditions, accidents (Acts of God) and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise. If this issue should arise, E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC will inform you immediately.

A redelivery charge may apply to orders that need to be rescheduled for redelivery or re-consignment. For this reason we urge you to please contact us at help@e-restaurantfurniture.com or 305.235.3570 immediately if you foresee any inability to receive your delivery.

At the time of delivery it is your responsibility and imperative to thoroughly inspect all of the merchandise. By signing the delivery receipt acknowledges you‘ve received the merchandise in perfect condition. Failure to inspect your delivery may void any later claims. Please notify the driver of any shortages and discrepancies so he can inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery. Notify us and the carrier’s claim department of any loss or damage immediately upon receipt of merchandise. We also request that you take photos of any damages to submit to the carrier’s claims department and us help@e-restaurantfurniture.com

IMPORTANT: THOUROUGHLY INSPECT ALL OF THE MERCHANDISE. SHORTAGES OR DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE MUST BE DOCUMENTED ON THE BILL OF LADING PROVIDED BY THE FREIGHT CARRIER AND SIGNED BY THE DRIVER BEFORE DEPARTING YOUR LOCATION. KEEP ALL DELIVERY/PACKAGING DOCUMENTATION. TAKE PHOTOS OF DAMAGES.

E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC will not be liable for improper crating and packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers. Although your order is packaged properly and shipped with care by selected carriers damages sustained during the shipment process can occur, a customer service agent will assist you with handling the damage claim with the freight carrier.

On International orders E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC is not liable for any damage, claims or costs related in any way to international orders or freight forwarders improper diversion and or distribution. Our customer service agents will work closely with the carrier of your choice but it is the customer’s responsibility to contact and make all the necessary arrangements; such as cost, delivery, lead time, etc. with their freight forwarder.

Cancellation/Return Policy
In order to cancel or return an item you ordered you must contact our customer service department immediately for approval at help@e-restaurantfurniture.com or 305.235.3570. Cancellations can be made at any time before the merchandise leaves our warehouses or that of our suppliers. However custom orders can’t be cancelled once in production if this issue should arise E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC will contact the manufacturer to determine how we should proceed.

A return authorization number (RMA) will be issued to the Customer which must be visible on all returned items. E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC will only accept merchandise in the following conditions; original packaging, new, unused and without damages. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. If you decide to cancel or refuse any part of your order after it has shipped, it will be your responsibility to pay the round trip shipping and handling charges. And most manufacturers require you to pay a minimum of 25% re-stocking fee for any returned merchandise. E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC will inform the Customer if these charges should apply. These charges will be deducted before a credit or refund is issued.

We will issue a refund for most items returned in new and unused condition (excluding custom orders) and within 30 days of the original shipment date. While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise we can’t exchange items. In order to get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. When we receive your return, we will issue your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing, we can’t for see any delays from carrier’s or suppliers but we assure that we will do our best to respond to the Customer’s specific needs in a timely way.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty can range from one-five year after date of purchase. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been repaired or modified by anyone other than the manufacturer or authorized repair technicians. At the time of purchase the Customer will be informed of the warranty information. Any warranty issues should be immediately addressed with the issuing manufacturer. E-Restaurant Furniture, LLC/E-Restaurant Equipment, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT ACCOMPANY OR RESULT FROM A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT.
